Hunting is considered as one of the gastronomical greatnesses and represents one of the bases of the historical kitchen. Resources for the survival when the homo sapiens not yet had discovered agriculture, the hunting has made a long-haul until becoming a sport and a delight for gourmets.
Rabbits, hares, pheasants, red deers, partridges, wild boars, species that for centuries have been making an immense hunting area of Teruel. A property without limits, means hundreds of square kilometers, in which they pursued animals in search of its own food. The hunting abounded until the economic progress put in a corner that natural paradise and decimated its settlers. Nowadays, to taste a plate elaborated with a wild animal is more and more a luxury that remembers the times in which the man fed itself on the meat of his captures.
